Tamra Judge Says Emily Was Dancing" After Her RHOC Firing
In 2020, Tamra Judge – a staple of Real Housewives of Orange County – was removed from the cast. Two years later, after popping up on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip – the star was asked to return.
The current season began filming just weeks ago, as Tamra is forced to interact with her old ‘friends’ – many of whom dropped her after she was axed from the franchise.
On her Two T’s In A Pod podcast, Tamra said one of her castmates celebrated once Tamra was fired.
During the podcast, she and her co-host Teddi Mellencamp discussed ‘Housewives’ who create their own storylines. Teddi said this strategy is unnecessary, while Tamra expressed, “that’s a really bad move.”
“I know one that’s on ‘OC’ who every year, it’s something different,” added Tamra, via Heavy. “It’s either a business that never pulls through or something that doesn’t make any sense.”
Tamra eventually revealed her castmate’s identity: Emily Simpson.
Teddi then claimed that Emily was gushing about Tamra’s return. “Emily is all of the sudden all up your — like so excited you’re coming back,” said Teddi.
“Well, she was dancing on my grave when I got fired,” said Tamra.
In a 2021 interview for Access Hollywood Nightcap, Emily expressed that Tamra shouldn’t return, and joked, “I think that someone should send a wellness check to her house. I don’t know. I don’t think she’s okay.”
Now that Tamra’s back, however, it seems the attorney is changing her tune. In the past, fans have accused Emily of making calculated moves, putting strategy over sincerity.
Is the mother-of-three truly happy for Tamra’s return – or is she simply making another chess move? According to rumor, Tamra came back to shake up the boring dynamics of season 16, which placed Emily and Heather Dubrow in never-ending positions of power.
In an April episode of her podcast, Tamra addressed Emily’s tactics at the season 16 reunion:
“Shut up, shut up, that’s all I could say the entire time [I watched it]. She wouldn’t let anybody speak and then when she did butt in and somebody goes ‘I’m talking,’ [she would say] ‘well can’t I have an opinion!’ She’s a very angry girl.”
